Set it to write to your SharePoint list and optionally send an email. Paste the trigger URL below.
The JSON payload includes: Title, Module, AutomationType, CurrentBehavior, DesiredBehavior, Priority, SubmittedBy, Date.
Power Automate Setup — Quick Guide
1In Power Automate, click New Flow → Instant cloud flow → When an HTTP request is received
2In the trigger, set Method = POST. Save to get the URL, paste it above.
3Add action: SharePoint → Create item. Map JSON fields (Title, Module, Priority, etc.) to your list columns.
4Optional: Add action: Send an email (V2). Use the NotifyEmail field as recipient.
